The cancellation policy is stated clearly in each contract.  If the booking is cancelled within 20 days of the start date of your booking, the tenant will only lose the deposit paid.  Beyond this deadline, the tenant must pay the remaining balance of the agreed rental price.  Last minute bookings have a stricter cancellation policy: the rental costs will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
