Upon arrival the tenant should pay, in cash, the relevant security deposit (from a minimum of € 100,00 to a maximum of € 200,00, based on the chosen type of apartment) which will be refunded upon departure, providing there has been no damage caused to the apartment.  The deposit will be refunded, subject to checks, unless deductions are made due to late departure, compensation for damages or failure to clean the dishes and the kitchen area.
